Policies.

To continue providing the highest quality tutoring and coaching services, we depend on punctuality and consistency. Unfortunately, our ability to offer these services is sometimes compromised when students book appointments but fail to arrive, arrive late, or cancel without formal notice. When students miss or cancel appointments, it prevents other students from scheduling those time slots and results in a loss of valuable preparation time (such as lesson planning and creating exercises).

To better serve all our students, we have implemented 'No-Show' and 'Cancellation' policies. All students receiving tutoring services from us are required to adhere to these policies.

  • We recognize the importance of flexibility and want to accommodate our students whenever possible. However, it is important for students and parents to be aware of our cancellation policy:

    • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations and will be charged at 100%.

    This policy applies once a session date and time have been agreed upon, either in writing or verbally. By receiving services from ABC Frenchline, students and parents agree to adhere to our cancellation policy.

    In the event of a cancellation or anticipated lateness, students or parents are required to notify their assigned tutor directly by email or text, as well as our office at info@abcfrenchline.ca

  • Students are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be marked as a 'No Show' and will incur a 100% charge.

    If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, we are no longer obligated to conduct the session, though we may choose to do so at our discretion. However, we cannot extend beyond the originally booked session end time.

  • While we understand that committing to a set number of lessons can sometimes feel restrictive, we kindly require 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to discontinue our services. This notice requirement comes into effect 2 weeks after your first lesson.
