Policies.

To continue providing the highest quality tutoring and coaching services, we depend on punctuality and consistency. Unfortunately, our ability to offer these services is sometimes compromised when students book appointments but fail to arrive, arrive late, or cancel without formal notice. When students miss or cancel appointments, it prevents other students from scheduling those time slots and results in a loss of valuable preparation time (such as lesson planning and creating exercises).

To better serve all our students, we have implemented 'No-Show' and 'Cancellation' policies. All students receiving tutoring services from us are required to adhere to these policies.

  • We recognize the importance of flexibility to best accommodate our students. However, it is important for students and parents to be aware of our cancellation policy:

    • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours (excluding weekends - Saturday and Sunday) of the scheduled start time will incur fees:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment (Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays) will be considered Late Cancellations and charged at 100%.

    • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the appointment (Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays) without rescheduling within the same calendar week, based on mutual availability, will be charged at 50%. While we make every effort to reschedule, this cannot be guaranteed each time.

    These policies take effect once both parties have agreed upon a session date and time, either in writing or verbally. By receiving services from ABC Frenchline, all parties agree to adhere to our cancellation policies.

    In the event of a cancellation or anticipated lateness, students or parents are required to notify their assigned tutor directly via email or text, as well as our office at abcfrenchline@gmail.com

  • Students are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be marked as a 'No Show' and will incur a 100% charge.

    If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, we are no longer obligated to conduct the session, though we may choose to do so at our discretion. However, we cannot extend beyond the originally booked session end time.

  • While we understand that committing to a set number of lessons can sometimes feel restrictive, we kindly request a 2-week notice if you wish to discontinue using our services.
